NSFW Image Generator is for lawful creative work involving clearly adult fictional subjects. Mature and explicit fictional content may be supported, but content involving minors, unclear age, exploitation, coercion, non-consensual intimate imagery, or unlawful conduct is never allowed.
What the product is for
Many general image tools reject most mature fictional art. NSFW Image Generator is intended to give adults more room to create without treating every adult theme as unsafe.
That creative range still needs firm boundaries. “Allows explicit content” does not mean “has no rules.” The product is for adults who create lawful fictional images. It is not for harming, exploiting, impersonating, or sexualizing another person without consent.
The planned first release focuses on fictional adult subjects. User-upload image editing is not part of the current launch configuration. If future features accept source images or identifiable likenesses, the consent and image-rights requirements described below will continue to apply.
Users must be at least 18 years old. A user is also responsible for following the laws that apply where they live and where they use or share an output.
Content the product may support
Subject to the final model capabilities, provider rules, and these safety boundaries, the product is intended to support:
- Lawful images of clearly adult fictional characters
- Mature fictional themes involving consenting adults
- Artistic, fantasy, anime, editorial, cinematic, and photorealistic styles involving adults
- Non-explicit adult fashion, glamour, romance, and character concepts
- Explicit fictional adult content that does not involve a prohibited theme
- Private creative experiments that remain within the law and these rules
Every person depicted in adult content must be unmistakably an adult. A prompt cannot rely on a later disclaimer to fix a youthful appearance, school-age context, or unclear age signal.
The product may set tighter limits than the law requires. Model providers, hosting companies, and payment partners can also restrict certain categories. If those limits affect the service, the public product rules will be updated.
Content that is never allowed
The following categories are hard stops:
Minors and age ambiguity
No sexual or fetish content may involve a minor, a person presented as under 18, or a subject whose age is unclear. This includes youthful framing, school-age sexual themes, age-regression scenarios, and attempts to describe a young-looking subject as technically adult.
Non-consensual or exploitative content
Content involving coercion, sexual violence, trafficking, exploitation, incapacitation, blackmail, or non-consensual intimate imagery is prohibited. A fictional label does not make an abusive scenario acceptable when the requested content centers on sexual harm without consent.
Identifiable people without permission
Do not create or request sexualized depictions of an identifiable person unless that adult has provided documented consent for the specific synthetic use and you have the necessary image rights. A public photograph, celebrity status, past relationship, or access to a private image is not permission.
Other illegal or abusive material
Bestiality, incest, illegal sexual content, instructions that facilitate abuse, and content prohibited by applicable law are not allowed.
Safety-system evasion
Do not disguise prohibited requests, split them into pieces, use coded language, or attempt to bypass prompt checks, moderation, rate limits, or account enforcement. Attempts to evade safeguards can be treated as violations even when a generation does not complete.
| Category | Product rule | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Clearly adult fictional content | May be allowed | This is the product's intended creative scope |
| Adult subject with unclear age | Blocked | Age ambiguity is not acceptable for sexual content |
| Minor or youth-themed sexual content | Blocked | Always prohibited |
| Identifiable adult with documented consent and rights | Feature-dependent and restricted | Consent, rights, and product capability must all be present |
| Identifiable person without documented consent | Blocked | Prevents non-consensual sexual depictions |
| Coercion, exploitation, or sexual violence | Blocked | Prevents abusive and non-consensual content |
Real people, source images, and consent
The safest first-release boundary is to generate fictional adults rather than transform recognizable people. The current production configuration does not enable user-upload image editing.
If real-person features are introduced later, possession of a photograph will not be treated as proof of permission. Meaningful consent should identify the person, the source material, the intended synthetic changes, whether the result may be explicit, where it may be stored or shared, and how permission can be withdrawn.
Consent must also be voluntary and current. Permission for one photograph, one relationship, or one ordinary edit does not automatically include permission for an explicit synthetic depiction.
Read the real-person AI images and consent guide for a fuller explanation of documented consent, identity risks, and reporting resources.
How the rules are enforced
Prompts, settings, uploads, and outputs may be checked automatically or reviewed when needed to operate the service safely. A request can be blocked before generation, and an output can be quarantined or removed after a safety check.
Depending on the severity and pattern of behavior, enforcement may include:
- Refusing a prompt or generation
- Withholding or removing an output
- Requiring review before an output becomes available
- Restricting or suspending an account
- Preserving records needed for abuse prevention, financial compliance, or legal obligations
- Reporting suspected illegal content where required by law
No moderation system is perfect. Do not download, keep, or share a result that breaks these rules, even if an automated check failed to block it. Users must review their outputs and delete prohibited results.
If a subject looks too young, a likeness appears unexpectedly, or the consent status is uncertain, stop and do not use the output.
Public site content boundaries
The public website remains non-explicit even though it discusses an adult-oriented image generator. Public examples use clothed adult characters, interface concepts, and safe illustrations so that visitors can research the product without unexpectedly encountering explicit media.
The creator application is available in limited beta while payments and final production operations are completed. User-upload image editing is disabled. The application policies, moderation behavior, and eventual payment terms must remain consistent with the rules on this page.
These rules may become more restrictive as the product, providers, laws, or operational requirements change. A change will not be used to retroactively describe a prohibited category as previously approved.
