Paid creator-studio credit packs are not currently enabled. When payment processing is enabled, credit packs will be one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal, and the price and number of credits will be shown before checkout.
The creator application's complete Refund Policy explains automatic credit restoration for failed or blocked generations, billing-error review, unused-pack requests, and how approved refunds are returned through CCBill.
